Philip King Smith

b:  3 Nov 1892, Warwick, NY

d:  1963

Son of William Day and Eunice (King) Hazen.  He m. June, 1916, Marian Evelyn French.  They had Virginia Hazen (b. 18 Feb 1918), Maud Wakeley (b. 4 Aug 1919), Elsie Ridgeway (12 Dec 1921-22 Dec 1921), Carol King (b. 24 Mar 1924) and Stuart Philip (b. 26 Apr 1929).  The family lived in Nutley, NJ (1930, 1940, 1942).  Philip was an accountant for Simpson, Thatcher and Bartlett, NYC.

Philip and Marian are buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis, FL.
